As this program is 4 months long, there is no set meal plan. But, a nutrition guideline to help you make healthy choices that are sustainable for life - not just a few weeks.
There are recipes included and new recipes will keep being added into the membership site - so there will be plenty of opportunity to try new meals

Where you will have access to me to ask any questions you have on the program, and I can review your videos so you are confident you are doing it right. Katie Bowman sums it up so nicely, I think I’ll just quote her.

One of the reasons people have a difficult time correcting their own ailments is because they are not changing what they did that caused it in the first place ...

And I don’t mean what they were doing the moment before the ailment happened.

Fixing DR is the same as anything else.

It is not a situation caused by pregnancy, or a giant baby.

It is caused by carrying high pressure in the abdomen.

Trying to do exercises to fix a pressure-induced issue while continuing to hold your body in a way that continues to create high pressure will never work.

If a pressure-based ailment has developed in your body, then your entire body needs to be aligned so the pressure goes back to the correct homeostatic values.

We have become a

     - Spot-treatment kind of culture.
     - An “I’ll give my health at least 60 minutes-a-day” kind of population.
    -( An “I’ll spend more money on my clothes than I on what’s under them” kind of population.

After I purchase the program, how will it be delivered to me?
After purchase you will be taken to a thank you page, on there will be your link to create your login to the membership site where the program is located. You will also be sent an email with a link back to the thank you page - so you will always be able to locate it.
If you don't get the email, please check your spam/junk/promotions folder in case it was directed there.
Do I need access to the internet?
YES. The program and all the videos are accessed via a membership site on the internet. You can download the programs and written instructions, but you will need to view the videos on the internet.
Do I need to have completed other programs first?
YES! This is an advanced program for those whose cores are regaining function and have the control to do core work without doming or bulging. You should have completed the Belly blast program and the advanced stage 3 core program before attempting this program.
Are there modifications?
YES! but again the modifications are only to the point of those who have already completed the required previous programs.
Will this help my diastasis even if it has been a long time since I had my child/children?
Absolutely! Building core strength, improving posture and reducing bloating is appropriate for any stage post pregnancy.
Do I need to follow the nutrition guidelines?
No, but you will get better results if you do
Can I do the workouts at home?
Yes, they are all at home based workouts, however you will need to get some equipment
What equipment do I need?
You will need dumbbells - be prepared to purchase heavier ones as you move through the program, you need bands that attach to a door, and then there are some other required equipment as you progress to increase the intensity of the exercises
 I don't have diastasis, but would like to lose weight and gain strength, will this program still benefit me?
YES! This program would be perfect for you
 Can I do this while pregnant?
No, I would not recommend this program whilst pregnant, you should look into some of the other programs available and do this one later
